SWS USCIS Summit Federal Building

The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a a General Contractor (GC) contract for the construct of a secured work space in the Peachtree Summit Federal Building Atlanta, GA pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Source Selection Process and Techniques (FAR Subpart 15.1). The contract will be a firm fixed price contract. This project will utlizie the General Contractor (GC) delivery method, with the GC contract procured by competitive neogitation using a trade off selection procedure (FAR Subpart 15.101-1).  A single GC contract will be issued for all construction/renovation work.The solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 15 which includes the following evaluation factors, developed in accordance with FAR 15.304.
