The Board of Education of St. Mary’s County on behalf of St. Mary’s County Public Schools (SMCPS) is has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) qualify and select one or more experienced and qualified Contractors to care for the high school stadium fields, stadium practice fields, baseball fields and softball fields at each of the following high schools: • Chopticon High School 25390 Colton Point Road, Morganza, MD 20660 • Great Mills High School 21130 Great Mills Rd, Great Mills, MD 20634 • Leonardtown High School 23995 Point Lookout Rd, Leonardtown, MD 20650 Services we will be requested as needed and as funding permits. The resulting contract shall be awarded for a period of one (1) year with SMCPS having the option to extend the contract for four (4) additional one-year periods. SMCPS reserves the right to award the requirements of this bid in total or in part as it determines to be in the best interest of SMCPS. SMCPS reserves the right to make multiple awards.
