After review of the responses to this sources-sought, a solicitation announcement may be published. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 22 Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources that can provide a Coccidioides Antibody Enzyme Immunoassay testing system that at a minimum meets the following salient characteristics for the Southern Arizona VA Health Care System (SAVHCS): Salient Characteristics Must provide automated Coccidioides Antibody Enzyme Immunoassay testing method Must have a capacity to handle 600 plus specimens per month Must have a bi-directional interface Must provide auto-verification of negative test results Must have a barcode reader for specimen ID s Must have multiple on-board incubators Must be capable of incubation at all temperatures (ambient) Must provide automated plating of specimens Must provide automated washing for test analysis Must have an automated result reader Must have pipette sensing, including fluid level sensing, tip detection, tip-ejection, and clot detection Dimensions must be no larger than 42 X24 Must operate using standard Voltage 100-240 V Must include installation, training, and validation support.
