The County of Westchester, acting by its Department of Community Mental Health, as part of its far-reaching plan to "Reimagine Policing" in Westchester County, is planning to implement a "Mobile Crisis Response Team(MCRT)" partnership model that will address mental health, developmental disabilities, substance misuse, and co-occurring issues throughout the entire Westchester County through the creation of up to eight MCRT teams, each covering one or more communities within Westchester County.
