A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include Complete reroof by removing existing mechanically attached PVC roof membrane, use existing insulation (some repairs may be needed) and install new mechanically attached 60 mill PVC membrane roof system, sheet metal flashings and trim with a 20 year warranty.
