Purchasing Department Invitation to Bid RFP #24-20 Design-Build Services for an Equipment Storage Building at Heritage Park Henry County Government is seeking qualified Contractors to design and construct a 120’ x 60’ equipment storage building at Heritage Park, located at 99 Lake Dow Road, McDonough, GA 30252. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment and services necessary in the performance of this RFP Proposals will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, 140 Henry Parkway, Room 209, McDonough, GA 30253 until 3:00 PM local time on December 21, 2023.
