The requirements of this RFP are as follows: Inventory: An exact and current inventory of the banners owned by the City of Sandy must be maintained and kept current, specifying the number of banners by category: Community Events Cairns Winter/Holiday Cairns Logo/Text Storage: All banners must be stored by the company at the company's facilities. Changeouts: Changeouts will occur throughout the year and will be determined by the Communications Director.
