The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting submittals for consultant services on the following project: OGDEN MAINTENANCE BUILDING REPLACEMENT UTAH DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION OGDEN, UTAH DFCM PROJECT NO. 24256900 Project Description: This project includes the construction of a materials lab, maintenance shop, salt storage building, and other ancillary structures to be built at the UDOT Region One Headquarters in Ogden, Utah. Services will include the following: • Salt shed • Salt/sand racks • Truck wash indoor – wash rack outside • Outdoor (stand alone) storage building • Materials lab building (stand along) • Maintenance signals crew facility Current estimated construction budget is $18,486,000. The programming fee will be negotiated, but is set as a not-to-exceed amount of $184,860. The initial contract award will be for programming only. After satisfactory completion of the programming, DFCM may award design services to the programming consultant. The selection shall be under the Value Based Selection method. The Solicitation for Programming and A/E Design Services documents, including the submittal requirements and the selection criteria and schedule, will be available at 3:00 PM on Monday, February 5, 2024 on the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website and can also be accessed via the DFCM website - Electronic Bidding.
