The objective of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) solicitation is to identify the highest-qualified proposer to provide these services over the course of a proposed three (3) year contract period, with a possibility for two (2) one-year extensions. The City reserves the right to make multiple contract awards in order to meet the needs of the City’s vehicle fleet.
