The California Department of Education (hereinafter referred to as CDE) is soliciting bids to provide multi-faceted audio/visual media support services for off-site meetings and proceedings statewide for various boards and commissions on an as-needed basis, in accordance with the specifications contained herein this Invitation for Bid (IFB).
The contract period is from March 23, 2020 through March 22, 2021. Contract includes two one-year options to renew.
*A Mandatory Bid Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at 2:30 pm PST at the CDE, Room 1101, located at 1430 N Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.
Attendees must arrive on time. Attendees more than 10 minutes late to the Mandatory Bid Conference will not be allowed to participate. Attendees must report to the Lobby. Please bring a copy of the IFB with you to the Mandatory Bid Conference.
