This synopsis/solicitation 1305M222QNMAN1215 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Naval Aviation (OMAO), NOAA Ship Gordon Gunter has a requirement for 10,000 hour overhaul of two Caterpillar D398 diesel engines. All work shall be accomplished by an authorized repair facility of Caterpillar Marine Dealer and in accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of Performance is Date of Award – November 30, 2022 The Government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Offer (LPTA).
