Software as a Service (SaaS)

The following Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for Market Research purposes. The Census Bureau will use the information gathered in support of leveraging a Software as a Service (SaaS) capability in a Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) certified Government Community Cloud that provides massively scalable computing for performing data analytics and collaboration with program evaluators in a shared, secured space. The purpose of the project is to create a data platform for supporting evidenced-based decision making. The platform will provide the capability to upload, store, search, discover, access, analyze, and support decisions for federal, state and local-level programs and priorities.This document does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a commitment to issue a Request for Proposal by the Census Bureau.
