Procurement Officer :- Jeremiah Weiner Procurement Officer Email :- weiner.jeremiah@azdeq.gov Procurement Officer Phone :- 602-771-4730 SummaryThe Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ), Procurement Division, as authorized under A.R.S. § 41-2501 is seeking to establish one or more “single-agency” contracts to satisfy the needs of Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (the Eligible Agency) to provide oversight of military munitions and associated chemical constituents investigation and clean-up , which in general terms includes, but is not limited to, active Department of Defense (DoD) facilities, Formerly Used Defense Sites (FUDS), proving grounds, training ranges, and Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) sites.Awarded contractors will provide ADEQ with the expertise with which to oversee both Federally and Privately led investigations and

clean-ups of military munitions and associated chemical constituents identification and clearance actions undertaken at sites. Contractor will also support ADEQ in the broader areas of environmental hydrogeology and environmental contaminant release cleanup.
