NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITYThe REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on January 17, 2023, Sprint Communications Company L.P. (Sprint) and T-Mobile USA, Inc., (T-Mobile) filed an application to transfer Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (Certificate) No. 750 from Sprint to T-Mobile resulting from changes to organizational structures related to the recent merger Sprint with T-Mobile previously approved by the Commission in Docket U-18-091. Docket U-23-002 was opened to address this matter.The applicants have filed a motion for expedited treatment, seeking final disposition in this transfer by no later than February 28, 2023. In support of their motion, Applicants contend the application will have minimal impact on its management, its rates, terms, or condition of the Telecommunication Relay Services, or its customers.The Commission has not assessed the completeness of the application. The

Commission may determine whether the application is complete after the close of the comment period.
