Justification & Approval For Other Than Full and Open Competition (SLAT - $700K) (Lease Extension)

The Cincinnati VA Medical Center (VAMC) is seeking an extension for 15,663 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of existing clinical space at 4600 Beechwood Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45244 under lease number VA250-R-0304, a full-service lease and request exemption to competition based on the time period needed to procure and build-out a new replacing space.  Only one responsible source and no other service will satisfy agency requirements per FAR 6.302-1 and as described in GSAM/R 570.405.  The current lease expires August 9, 2022.  Approval is requested to execute an extension of the lease with Select Strategies II, LLC without full and open competition for continued occupancy at thisleased
