Major work items and approximate quantities include lagoon seawall repairs, 50 LF of 4” pipe underdrain, concrete sidewalk removal and replacement, erosion control, and landscape restoration.BIDDER’S PREQUALIFICATION: All bidders shall comply with the “Contractors Qualification Ordinance for the City of Lake Geneva” requiring pre-qualification of Bidders Prior to submitting bids or included with the bid. These documents are included in the Project Documents for this project. All Bidders shall provide proof of responsibility on forms furnished by the Owner and the City and such forms shall be filed with the Owner and the City of Lake Geneva. No Bid will be accepted from any Bidder who has not submitted a Bidders Qualification Statement form for both the Owner and the City. Contractors who have submitted a prequalification statement to the Owner or the City, for this calendar year and for the work specific to this project, shall state this on their Bidders Qualification Statement form. These qualification forms, and prequalification forms, will be reviewed; however, updated proof of qualification may be requested by the Owner or the City prior to acceptance of any Bid.
