Scope of Services
Project Background
The Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide installation and removal services of videoconference equipment in nine (9) conference rooms at our Los Angeles office. All conference rooms have videoconference equipment that is end of life and will need to be removed and disposed as part of this effort.
Project Objectives
The purpose of this project is to upgrade aging videoconference equipment at our Los Angeles office in nine (9) conference rooms. SCAG will provide equipment that will be installed (equipment details are included under the Equipment section).
