The MICC Fort Knox intends to award a sole source to Collage Group, LLC, a small business. The government anticipates a single contract for a One Year Subscription to Collage Group's Latinum Network, for the U.S. Army Marketing and Research Group (AMRG), on the date of award. This membership allows AMRG employees direct access to Collage Group's Multicultural Knowledge Platform, which includes unlimited access to Latinum Network's content and tools including best practices, consumer research studies, vetted commercial solutions, quarterly and semi-annual trackers, business intelligence tools, strategic studies, in addition to monthly webinar events, all of which focus on U.S. Hispanics, African-American, Asian-American, LGBT, and Millennial audiences. This unique network is a proprietary multicultural marketing strategy tool exclusive to the Collage Group. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the government to not compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the government.
