Install DDC, C17 Facilities

The 176th Mission Support Contracting Element, JBER AK, intends to award a sole source procurement to Meridian Systems Incorporated, 200 W 34th Ave Ste 969, Anchorage, AK, 99503-3969, for Install/Convert DDC Systems, C17 Facilities.The justification for restricting competition is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Please see attached justification for details.This is not a formal solicitation, nor is this synopsis considered a request for proposals or quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. If no affirmative response is received, the procurement will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
