*MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE* Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. 1310 N. Waterman Ave., San Bernardino, CA 92404 Meet at the main entrance doors.
The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform parking lot asphalt repair, fabric overlay, and seal and stripe services at the San Bernardino DMV Field Office for the term of the Agreement. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.
The anticipated term for this Agreement is forty-five (45) calendar days within the term of January 1, 2022 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through June 30, 2023.
The bidder must possess a valid C-12 or C-32 contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB).

Bids are due 11/8/21 at 2:00 p.m. and must be mailed.
