The Program is funded in whole or in part with Coronavirus State And Local Recovery Funds (SLFRF) passed through the St. Louis City Community Development Administration. The work entails Debris Removal and Lawn Mowing and Maintenance Services to target approximately 2,000 LRA vacant properties and lots in identified blocks within the City of St. Louis.
