NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC AND REQUEST FOR INFORMATION LAS 34319 DOWL LLCSubject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for the following: APPLICANT: DOWL LLC PROJECT NAME: LAS 34319 GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Located on the Eyak River at the mouth of Eyak Lake. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section: 30, Township: 15 South, Range: 2 West, Meridian: Copper River REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Dowl LLC has applied for a year Land Use Permit for the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of hydrologic monitors in the Eyak River at the mouth of Eyak Lake. PROPOSED DATES OF USE: Start: November 1, 2022 End: October 31, 2023 DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: October 14, 2022 The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at the Southcentral Regional Land Office, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 900C, Anchorage, AK 99501-3577 on or before 5:00 PM on the date noted above.
