50338 Proposal to Extend a Land Lease at the Yakutat Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-50338 of Lot 1, Block 4, consisting of approximately 13,628 square feet, at Yakutat Airport for an additional five (5) years, to expire February 1, 2022.  Applicant:  Ed Dierick.  Annual rent:  $2,016.94.  Authorized uses:  Hangar for aircraft storage and parking of aircraft; Part 135 air taxi and related aviation uses.
