Hobby State Office Building located at 333 Guadalupe Street, Austin, Texas 78701. CONTRACT TERM: This service shall be for a period beginning on September 1, 2017, and shall expire on August 31, 2019. The contract may be renewed for one (1) additional two (2) year period. MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCES: The mandatory Pre-Proposal Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, April 6, 2017 @ 10:00 AM and Friday, April 7, 2017 @ 10:00 AM. The location of the Pre-Proposal conference is: Park 35 State Office Complex Building A, Room 123C 12100 Park 35 Circle Austin, TX 78753 Attendance of at least one (1) of the two (2) scheduled pre-proposal conferences is mandatory.
