Description / Background: The City of Chino Hills (“City”) invites qualified and experienced communication and marketing companies to submit proposals for the development of a comprehensive marketing and outreach campaign to promote awareness and participation in SB 1383, recycling, HHW, and other solid waste and recycling programs. The selected company will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content to be used across various media channels that align with the City's current marketing theme.

Miscellaneous: Proposer must be willing to enter into an agreement with the City of Chino Hills. A copy of the agreement accompanies the full RFP.
