Description: Description:PROJECT: 3212 N MANNHEIM ROAD BUILDING DEMOLITION consists of demolishing an 1,875SF, two story cinder block building, a 17,575SF two story brick building, and the disposal of all demolished material. The work includes the removal of foundation walls, concrete slabs, including building floor slabs, driveways, and sidewalks. Excavated areas are to be backfilled with structural soil fill, and the disturbed area topped with 6” of topsoil and seed. An
asbestos inspection found no evidence of asbestos material in either building. Refer to the accompanying Asbestos Inspection Report and Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment Report. Each proposal shall be submitted in an opaque envelope prior to the time and date set forth in the Bid Deadline. Each proposal shall be addressed to the Village Clerk and shall bear on the face of the envelope the name of the bidder and a statement that it is to be opened for the contract at the date and hour as set forth in the Bid Deadline. Immediately after the bid deadline, the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.
