Affordable Housing Development Legal Counsel Services REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Affordable Housing Developer Consultant Services Proposals Accepted Until Friday, March 3rd @ 1:00 p.m. Opportunity Council (OC) is seeking proposals from qualified consultant firms that specialize in affordable housing development and familiar with programs administered through the Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC) and Washington State Housing Trust Fund (HTF) to assist with the preparation and implementation of all phases of renovation and/or new construction of affordable housing. Please read the scope of services in the Request for Proposal (RFP) for a more detailed description. Proposals will be reviewed and evaluated based on the criteria defined identified below. Candidates who demonstrate their ability to be most advantageous to OC in fulfilling these services will be selected for a roster of eligible firms to be awarded a contract agreement for services.
