accessible elevators that serve the proposed floor. One of the accessible elevators may be a freight elevator;Buildings must not be located within 1,000 feet of daycares, schools, mental health or drug rehab clinics, immigration offices, probation and public defender’s offices, or social services offices;Offered space must not be located within a shopping center;Space should allow for an efficient layout and office workflow. Space must provide maximum flexibility for systems furniture placement with few or no columns or other building or architectural obstructions. Space should have few curves or major offsets and must have large open areas to allow maximum design flexibility. Architectural features should not cause an inefficient use of space;Ceilings shall be at a minimum 9 feet and 0 inches and no more than 12 feet and 0 inches measured from floor to the lowest obstruction. Areas with raised flooring shall maintain these ceiling-height limitations above the finished raised flooring;Offeror must be willing to install fencing to secure parking spaces;Parking: the minimum requirements for secure parking enclosure are as follows:9 gauge chain link fence, a minimum of 8’ high;Minimum of three strands of barbed wire running horizontally and continuously along the top of the fence;Privacy slats pre-inserted;Sliding gate and pedestrian entrance;Minimum of three continuous horizontal rails placed at the top, bottom and mid-point of the fence;All vertical fence posts shall be embedded in concrete.Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain.Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
