This Sources Sought is conducted to identify potential sources capable of meeting the requirements. Please review, in this order, the Sources Sought and the Bill of Materials (BOM).The United States Air Force (USAF), through the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), is seeking sources to provide: Maintenance, upgrades, and repairs for Quantum magnetic tape storage libraries. Access to customer support during core business hours, including access to skilled technical support, next business day delivery of replacement parts, and installation of non-customer replaceable components are required. Requirement must cover Quantum products with telephone support during core business hours, 24x7 access to support tools, latest software and firmware updates, and product training. Please review
attached BOM for details of all supplies and/or services being sought.If a contractor believes that they have the capability and are qualified to meet the Government's requirement, please respond to this Sources Sought Synopsis with a capabilities package.Capabilities PackageThe capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements.
