RFQ #SHARC-530 - ContinuousSnap-out No Carbon Required Forms

2.1 The County of Riverside Purchasing and Fleet Services Department, on behalf of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office (RSO), is soliciting quotations for snap-out and no-carbon-required printed forms as detailed in this Request for Quote (RFQ). This RFQ includes custom printed, single, multipart snap-out and continuous forms. RSO currently utilizes the following forms: TR 100 Proof of Service, TR 130 Notice to Appear and CPS Pressure Seal Checks. There will be multiple RSO locations placing their orders, and RSO’s personnel will work with the awarded bidder throughout the contract period to place each order. There is no quantity guarantee and pricing should not be based on a minimum quantity requirement. No minimum order requirements will be approved by RSO. 2.2 Bidder understands that forms may be deleted or added as required by RSO. RSO will requirethe successful bidder to design and/or create the actual form for print and RSO shall own any and all designs, materials, and dyes associated with the forms at no cost to RSO. Form design and information will be released to the selected bidder upon award of the bid. Bidders will be required to provide the quantities listed which will vary month to month depending on replenishment needs, and Bidder(s) shall not require volume purchases on any shipment. The established contract will allow various RSO locations to order directly from the lowest and most responsible, responsive bidder(s).
