Non-Invasive Vehicle, Bicycle, Pedestrian Detection Systems (Multi-Modal)

The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for Non-invasive vehicle, bicycle, pedestrian detection systems (Multi-modal) for a five-year contract with an option to extend for an additional five-year period commencing on or about March 1, 2023, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the “Effective Date” which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk’s department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later. The City intends to award multiple contracts due to this solicitation based on Group. To be considered responsive, Offeror must respond to All or None of the items listed within each Group. Offerors can bid on one or multiple
