REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - VENDING MACHINE CONCESSION SERVICES

The CITY OF EAST ORANGE is soliciting proposals through the competitive contracting process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1(e), et seq. for VENDING MACHINE CONCESSION SERVICES to perform urine and oral toxicology tests to patients that treat at the East Orange Substance Abuse Treatment Division.   Sealed RFP responses will be received by the Purchasing Agent on FRIDAY, APRIL 3, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. in the Municipal Council Chamber, Municipal Building, 44 City Hall Plaza, East Orange, New Jersey 07018, at which time and place responses will be publicly opened and read aloud
