Plain Text) Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking a qualified respondent to produce and distribute a printed booklet containing the official Texas hunting, fishing and boating regulations as promulgated by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission and other related information as TPWD deems appropriate; and to update and maintain a TPWD mobile application containing the official Texas hunting, fishing and boating regulations as promulgated by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission and other related information as TPWD deems appropriate. Both the booklet and the mobile application must be offered at no cost free) to hunters, anglers, boaters and the general public. The OA Publications must be branded the Texas Parks and Wildlife Outdoor Annual, Hunting, Fishing and Boating Regulations. The respondent will be responsible for all costs related to fulfilling this project (herein referred to as “OA Publications”), notwithstanding exceptions as described in this RFO. The respondent may however solicit and secure an underwriter and advertisers to cover their costs and/or propose additional means of generating revenue. The respondent must share a portion of any net revenue generated as a result of OA Publications with TPWD, as described in this RFO.
