Birth Certificate Verification Services

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Enrollment Services and Vetting Programs (ESVP), and Office of Contract and Procurement (C&P) intends to negotiate a sole source contract (in accordance with FAR 6.302-1) with National Association of Public Health Information Statistics (NAPHSIS), 962 Wayne Suite 701, Silver Spring, MD 20910, as the only responsibly source that can provide access to birth certificate verification and certification services for the purposes of verifying physical birth certificates presented by applicants during the enrollment process.
