James Ranch; Secure Youth Treatment Facility, and the Juvenile Services Division. The County reserves the right to pursue any and/or all ideas generated by this request. The eRFP may result in multiple awards. If an award is made, it is the County’s intent to award a contract with an initial term of one (1) year, with four (4) one-year renewal options, unless terminated earlier or otherwise amended. This

eRFP, and any contract(s) awarded pursuant to it, is contingent on the appropriation of sufficient funding by the County. If funding for this eRFP is reduced, or is no longer available, the County has the option to either terminate this eRFP, with no liability accruing to the County, or provide an addendum to the eRFP that reflects the reduced amount of the funding. Proposers must register with Periscope Holdings (“Periscope”) through www.periscopeholdings.com/s2g. Once registered, Proposers must follow Periscope’s procedures for e-mail setup to receive electronic notifications about any changes, or updates, made to this eRFP. Any questions relating to this eRFP must also be submitted through Periscope. All changes and updates for this eRFP will be made through Periscope.
