ORCA 21 Collective Training Event

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, to facilitate and execute a 48 to 72 hour, full scale, multi-agency, all-hazards collective training exercise in the areas of Anchorage, Wasilla, Palmer and Seward, Alaska from 17 to 21 May 2021 as defined in the PWS. The objective of this task is to facilitate and execute a 48-72 hour, full scale, multi-agency, all-hazards collective training exercise in the areas of Anchorage, Wasilla, Palmer and Seward, Alaska from 17 to 21 May 2021.
