The City of Sandy Springs seeks to obtain the services of a qualified firm to provide turn-key Art Center Operations (“Operator”) at the Abernathy Arts Center (“AAC”) located at 254 Johnson Ferry Road, Sandy Springs, GA 30328. The AAC was recently transferred from Fulton County to the City. The AAC includes an “annex” building of approximately 5010 sf. with two buildings that are not currently in use and are not anticipated for use by the Operator. The City currently as an interim contract with an Operator who is providing interim art programming in the “annex”
