This service requirement is for 353rd Special Operations Squadron at Kadena AFB, Japan.A contractor shall service and repair a 3-year-old Axiom Towers’ AXM-60 system currently located at Kadena AFB, Okinawa Japan. The system continues to remain in service and perform necessary functions. The service and repair requested is in preparation for seasonal typhoon probabilities. The deployed system was damaged during use by bending the elevation lockout morse cable. It appears that excessive force was used to bend the shaft of the push/pull morse cable. A contractors must be thoroughly familiar with and be certified to service and repair to the Axiom Tower’s AXM-60
