RFQ # 24.0004 Urban Road Rehabilitation

The County is seeking quotations for the construction of rehabilitation for arterial roads within Strathcona County. The Deliverables will be conducted in years and include but are not limited to, milling of the existing asphalt, asphalt overlay, sections of base repair, reconstruction, and spot concrete repairs. It is the County’s intent that once a successful respondent is selected by the County, it will be requested to enter into direct agreement with the County for the provision of the Year 1 Deliverables as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Year 1 Deliverables”). After completion of the Year 1 Deliverables, the County, at its discretion, may engage the successful respondent for Year 2 Deliverables, Year 3 Deliverables and Year 4 Deliverables as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Year 2 Deliverables” the “Year 3 Deliverables” and the “Year 4 Deliverables”). For clarity, references to “Deliverables” in this RFQ refer to the Year 1 Deliverables, the Year 2 Deliverables, the Year 3 Deliverables, and the Year 4 Deliverables .
