Normal working hours for the City of Delray Beach are 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M The City will NOT hold a Pre-Proposal Conference. Questions and Answers: The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope S2G by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The County will respond to all questions via Periscope S2G. The City of Delray Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax.
