The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to solicit competitive bids from qualified and experienced firms hereinafter referred to as (“Contractor”, “Consultant”, “Supplier” or “Vendor”) to purchase print shop supplies, as further detailed in Exhibit ‘A’ Scope of Work . Sealed Bids will be received by the Authority until the stated Bid Opening/ Closing date and time which are also provided on the JTA Bonfire Procurement Portal at

The complete Solicitation package will be available Monday, November 7, 2022 and may be obtained by visiting https://jtafla.bonfirehub.com. A complete examination and understanding of information contained in the Solicitation package is necessary in order for the Bidder to properly submit a Bid. The Solicitation package also includes a detailed set of Instructions to Bidders. All Bids shall be prepared in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The failure to comply with any requirement contained in the Solicitation may result in the rejection of the Bid as non-responsive or a finding that the Bidder is not qualified. Bids must be uploaded to the JTA Bonfire Procurement Portal by the date and time identified in this solicitation or by addenda. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission.
