Description: TOWN OF NORMAL11 Uptown CircleNormal, Illinois 61761 BID CALL: The Town of Normal Water Department will receive sealed bids for the following: APPLE STREET, MORGAN STREET, LIVINGSTON DRIVE, & KINGSLEY STREET WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked " Apple Street, Morgan Street, Livingston Drive, & Kingsley Street Watermain Improvements Project" with the time and date of the opening, which will be January 24, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761. Any questions regarding this bid will be addressed at a P re-Bid Conference to be held on January 10, 2023 at 1:30p.m. prevailing time, at the Ronald J. Hill Room 334, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761, per project documents. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory. Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the bid opening.
State statutes and local ordinance require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and subcontractors on this job.
