The Master Plan will provide a long-term vision for the City’s parks and recreational facilities, including a) actionable policies and standards to direct short-term (1-3 years) and long-term (5-10 years) decisions, and b) a roadmap for ensuring just and fair quantity, proximity and access to quality parks, open spaces, and recreation facilities and programs throughout the community. City is seeking a system-wide approach to develop goals, policies & guidelines, and prioritize strategies based on current and future funding scenarios.
