Next Generation Vendor Information Portal (VIP)   A maintenance window is required for the Vendor Bid System (VBS) from Friday, March 25, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. through 6:00 p.m. ET. During this time, VBS will not be accessible.   The Department of Management Services is implementing the Next Generation Vendor Information Portal (VIP) which will go live on March 28, 2022. Beginning on that day, State of Florida agencies and eligible users will post advertisements previously posted on the Vendor Bid System (VBS) in the new VIP, and VBS will be used only to search for historical advertisements. To prepare for this transition, the VBS maintenance window will be required from 5:00 p.m. ET until 6:00 p.m. ET. No new advertisements or updates to existing advertisements should be completed after 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, March 25, 2022.
