Portable Toilet and Hand Wash Stations for FEMA Disaster Recovery Centers (DRCs) in support of DR-4473-PR

services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested by the due date above.  The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562998, Portable Toilets.           This effort is solicited as a local area set-aside in accordance with the Robert T. Stafford and Local CommunityRecovery Act of 2006. Per FAR 26.202 Local Area Preference, preference shall be given, to the extent feasibleand practicable, to local firms doing business in the area affected by DR-4473-PR. Description of Services: The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for the delivery, cleaning, and pick up services for the rental, maintenance, and service of portable restrooms and handwash stations at 16 Disaster Recovery Centers (DRCs) in disaster declared areas on the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.  The exact locations of all the DRCs is unknown at the time of this solicitation.  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services for the lease, service, and maintenance of:Up to two (2) Standard portable toilets per DRC locationUp to two (2) ADA portable toilets per DRC locationUp to two (2) Hand-washing stations per DRC locationDelivery and Service Location:To Be Determined.Estimated Period of Performance:Base Blanket Purchase Agreement - March 1, 2020 through March 31, 2021. Call orders will be competed amongst all BPA holders when issued during the period of performance.  Call orders may consist of a base three (3) month period of performance and two (2) one-month option periods or as specified by the Contracting Officer.
