Description

Scope of Services
The City of Flagstaff (Owner) invites interested professional civil engineering consultants (Firm), with demonstrated experience in planning and civil design services experience to submit a written Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for planning, design, and bid construction documents for the Downtown Mile Project (Project). Wherever the word "Firm" is used in this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RSOQ), it will mean each or any of the individuals, firms, partnerships, or corporations, submitting an SOQ for engineering services being sought by the Owner for this Project. To be eligible for consideration, the Firm must submit an SOQ demonstrating appropriate competence, qualifications, and relevant design experience with this type of Project.
