The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armaments Center (DEVCOM-AC) is seeking to identify potential sources of graphene which can be manufactured at the kilogram (kg) scale. Graphene is a two-dimensional allotrope of carbon which has been demonstrated to have remarkable electrical, thermal, and mechanical properties. Specifically, DEVCOM-AC is seeking a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) product composed of graphene which can be mass-produced as a liquid ink capable of being utilized in standard additive manufacturing processes such as but not limited to inkjet and/or screen printing, direct write, aerosol jet, etc. Potential sources of this material should be able to provide exquisitely detailed characterization data on the graphene including but not limited to scanning electron microscopy, electrical measurements including conductivity, Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, etc. The inks should not pose geometrical challenges, i.e. they should be capable of being deposited and cured on arbitrarily shaped surfaces. The inks should be mechanically and thermally robust in response to large mechanical loadings and high temperatures respectively. Please indicate if you are a manufacturer or
