RFQ for On-Call Transportation Planning Services Category:Plumas County Bids The PCTC is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide on-call transportation planning services consisting primarily of the preparation of various grant applications for transportation projects including but not limited to the Active Transportation Program. The term of the contract for the services described above shall be 3 years.
