The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 2 is issuing this source sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources providing domestic water tank inspection and cleaning services for all three NYH campuses. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 562998. Service performance will be for the NY Harbor Healthcare System three (3) campuses: Manhattan VA Medical Center, 423 East 23rd Street, New York, NY 10010; Brooklyn VA Medical Center, 800 Poly Place, Brooklyn, NY 11209 and St. Albans VA Community Living Center, 179-00 Linden Blvd St. Albans, NY 11425. The work shall adhere to the procedures outlined in Article 17-194 of the New York City Administrative Code, Article 141 of the New York City Health Code, the New York State Sanitary Code Part

5-1 and applicable industry standards and recommendations including, but not limited to, American Water Works Association (AWWA) and American National Standards Institute (ANSI). This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
