The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) awarded a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to L3Harris Technologies, of Ayer, Massachusetts, for the procurement of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) hardware components for CVN, DDG, LSD, LPD, LHD, LHA, and CG ship class Ship Control Systems, Navigation Control Systems, and Machinery Control Systems.
